Flat Rate Shipping - Just $5.00
We offer fast, reliable shipping on all Pack Supply orders with a flat rate starting at $5. Most items qualify for this rate, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Larger, oversized, or special-order items may require a custom shipping quote based on destination and delivery method.
Estimated processing times and delivery windows are shown at checkout. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
We currently ship to the continental United States. Please contact us before ordering for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Note: We reserve the right to modify shipping rates or delivery options based on carrier availability, regional surcharges, or other operational considerations.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please Note: We do not arrange return shipping. You must visit a UPS or FedEx location to send your return back to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at chris@pack.supply.
